Ground the light into every cell of your body with the powerful tones of the clear quartz crystal singing bowls.
This meditation is excellent for beginners as both the guided meditation and the sounds help tame the monkey mind.
The vibrations of the clear quartz crystal singing bowls resonate deep in the cells restoring harmony and filling the aura with rainbow light.
Group Sound Meditations are $20 per person. Please bring your own mat etc
