About the event
Join Renee to connect with the spirit of the Medicine Drum and the community spirit of the Powwow Drum.
Learn Elemental and Life Rhythms on your drum that will support you on your journey and inspire new ways of playing your drum.
We'll connect with the internal rhythms we all share throughout our lives, playing them on our drums and releasing old patterns.
We'll also share some of the healing vibrations of the drum with a drum massage and connect with each other.
Renee has been carrying and utilising her Medicine Drum for nearly 20 years and has undergone Drum Circle Facilitator Training with Christine Stevens.
BYO Drum but I have a few that can be borrowed.
