About the event
Enjoy a sacred sound meditation that brings forth a smorgasbord of frequencies to delight and restore harmony to the body, mind and spirit.
Renee plays crystal singing bowls, crystal lyre, tibetan bowls, gongs, native american flute and more. Playing in the new studio Renee has access to many of her instruments allowing creativity and different instruments to be used each session as she's guided by her intuition.
Bring a mat and cushion and get comfy.
