About the event
Tuning Forks offer specific frequencies and are very effective clearing and restoring balance when used in the field and on the body. In this Tuning Fork concert Renee will take you on an elemental journey as she combines certain frequencies together, moving around the space and through your fields. There will be a period of silence at the end when Renee will also come around and use weighted forks on the body of each person.
This session has received delightful reviews.
Yoga mats are provided however you can bring your own to place on top, towel, pillow or bolster for comfort.
